What is it?This modality integrates modern science, ancient wisdom, music & the healing arts. Self-Healing is facilitated through sound by experiencing vibrations from a variety of instruments including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, chimes, and chanting. This is a deeply relaxing session, a re-set for your overall well-being in which the body corrects itself where it is out of the tune. The duration is approximately 45 minutes.
