Sound Bath
Join us for a deeply relaxing evening of guided meditation and sound bath.  We will do some gentle breathwork and set our intentions together dropping into a blissful brainwave state while listening to the harmonic tones of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs & chanting.  Mats, props, and blankets are provided, feel free to bring extras.  Hammocks are 1st come, 1st serve. 
 
Time: 7:30-9 pm
