Harmony and Hope During the Holiday Season – a Workshop for Navigating Grief
The goal of this grief workshop is to provide support, healing, community connections as well as providing hope and healing through the holidays. Come join me and experience how yoga and breathing can help you move through the healing process. This workshop will include supportive sharing circle discussion, breathing, gentle yoga (no required experience), and meditation. The focus is to come together to support each other through challenges of dealing with loss during the holiday season.
