Walk Through the Chakras Class with Deb Barry

Deb Barry, a Chakra Healing Master, will lead the class in the following:

• Learn the symbolism and location of each Chakra and their individual properties

• Identifie the different physical symptoms/alments that arise with underactive or overactive Chakras

• Discuss various ways to heal or balance those energies

  • Yoga postures to move energy and bring balance to different associated Chakras

  • Crystals, Essential oils, and sound frequencies that are beneficial to balancing each Chakra

  • Gain additional practices for daily Chakra balancing

• Chakra Checker~ an exercise to identify and gain the knowledge of where to clear any personal blockages

• Establilsh a personalized daily self-care routine using the various energy balancing modalities covered in class

• We will end our class with a 15 minute guided Chakra Balancing Reiki session to send you off renewed, grounded, and ready to step into your best and highest self
