Morning Stretch & Meditation with Dawn

​

Join me for 30 minutes of slow flow, gentle yoga followed by a 30 minute meditation.  All levels experience/no experience welcome.

​

We'll focus on connecting with our bodies and our breath through stretches and poses that any BODY can do.  This practice focuses on involving the breath body, and mind to relieve stress, improve emotional health, ease back and arthritis pain, and improve sleep.

​

Practicing slow, mindful movements help release muscular tension, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation.

​

Time: 9;30-10:30 am Tues.

Cost: $15 Non-refundable, pre-registration
